Staple Eatery and Deli

Located in the old butchers store next to Woolworths, Staple brings a new dining and shopping experience to Portarlington.

Offering Allpress Espresso coffee, gourmet breakies, sensational burgers and all day toasties. Our deli and pantry offers both imported and local cheeses, cured meats, antipasti goods and a large selection of spices, pastas, pickles, jarred condiments, sweets (Tony’s Chocolonely!) and lots more.

Our wood fire pizzas are available Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm, both dine in or takeaway. Our pizza dough is made in house, over a 5 day fermentation period and using only the best quality ingredients from Italy. We have now started rib eye steaks and salmon, sensationally cooked in our wood fire oven! You must come down and try!

La Madre sourdough loaves, danishes and pastries, plus WesEggs free range eggs available daily. Zeally Bay Sourdough also available Friday and Saturday.
